ThrustMe is looking for a Head of Space Operation Support leading the Space Operation Support team and being responsible for ensuring flawless operation of the entire fleet. We expect the head to lead by example, mastering both deep technical and management skills. Your team will work on the support of flight units, communication with end users, validation campaigns at ground facilities, and ensure regular feedback to the production and development teams.
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in matching our cutting-edge propulsion technologies to our clients’ needs in the satellite sector. You will be responsible convincing satellite manufacturers and operators, demonstrating the value and benefits of our propulsion systems by leveraging your technical & commercial expertise. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a compelling manner, understand client challenges, and deliver solutions that create value for the client. As a Space Operations Engineer at ThrustMe, your job is to help our customers get the most out of our propulsion system aboard their spacecraft. You are the detective reconstructing what is going on in space from telemetry and knowledge of the system, doing everything necessary to solve the case – be it improving performance or resolving in-orbit problems. You interface with satellite operators, but also with all the experts on the ground. The job ranges from working with telemetry directly from space, participating in and assisting with ground-based propulsion system tests in our laboratory facilities, to working on the software to manage and automating the telemetry analysis. The latter includes the deriving of statistical information from the telemetry. Furthermore, through your insight into the real-world performance of the system, you will also contribute to existing and new products at ThrustMe.
As Industrialization Engineer at ThrustMe, you will be in charge of industrialize new and existing advanced propulsion systems, as well as their subcomponents. You will work on challenging industrialization problems, in which structures and components are subject to extreme thermal, vibration and shock environments. By joining the Product Development Team, you will be at the interface between cutting edge research and mass production, turning novel concepts into flight-ready systems.
As a Marketing and Communications Specialist at ThrustMe, you will be in charge of our brand and communications strategy, translating our technical expertise into narratives that resonate with a diverse audience. Your role will be key in developing and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our innovative solutions and solidify our position as leaders in the sector. You will create the voice of ThrustMe, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms, from our website to social media channels.
As Electric Propulsion Engineer at ThrustMe, you will play an integral role in developing next-generation electric propulsion systems for small satellites. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technicians to design, analyze, test, and integrate high-performance propulsion systems.
As Plasma Physicist at ThrustMe’s Innovation team, you will be in charge of the development of new concepts and early-stage prototypes of plasma systems for ionosphere representation. You will also work on challenging beam and plasma diagnostic problems, ranging from plasma characterization to setting up home-made diagnostic tools like ExB and time-of-flight probes.
ThrustMe offers internship opportunities for students with coursework/laboratory experience in electric propulsion. These opportunities focus on research topics and the development of novel instrumentation. ThrustMe can also host students for their end-of-studies thesis.
