We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist who can bring the right tone of voice for our deep-tech highly technical and industrial brand.
Your mission with us: As a Marketing and Communications Specialist at ThrustMe, you will be in charge of our brand and communications strategy, translating our technical expertise into narratives that resonate with a diverse audience. Your role will be key in developing and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our innovative solutions and solidify our position as leaders in the sector. You will create the voice of ThrustMe, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms, from our website to social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing a cohesive branding and communications strategy that is in line with ThrustMe’s vision and market positioning.
- Lead the creation and execution of targeted marketing and communications campaigns to promote our products and achievements.
- Design and standardise marketing and communication templates for internal and external use, ensuring brand consistency in documents, presentations and digital content.
- Oversee our online presence, including the management of our website and social media platforms, to engage with our audience and amplify our message. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ThrustMe’s presence at conferences and events, ensuring our participation is impactful and aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
- Promoting relations with PR agencies, journalists and the media to increase our visibility and influence in the sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications and experience: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a proven track record in marketing or communications, preferably in a tech-related field.
- Skills: Strong in both creative and analytical aspects of marketing. Proficient with digital platforms and social media, with excellent planning and organizational abilities for events and conferences.
- Collaboration and adaptability: Effective at working within cross-functional teams, adaptable to rapidly changing environments, and committed to continuous learning.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling content for a variety of audiences.
